MALAS

All Mala necklaces are hand knotted with lots of love and intention. They contain 108 beads & 4 spacers beads. 

Mala necklaces are most commonly known for meditation and/or affirmations, but can also be a beautiful outfit's centerpiece.

To use for meditation or affirmation:

1. Start at the "Guru bead" which is just above the tassle. This bead is intended for reminding you to open your meditation with relaxation and/or deep breathing.

2. Move to the next bead (on either side) and with each bead, state your affirmation/mantra/intention. 

3. When you get to the spacer bead (typically a different color and/or size), this is your reminder to take a moment of silence, deep breath and you can choose to use this tike to change your affirmation/mantra/intention. 

4. Continue in thru all of the 108 beads until you end up back at the Guru bead.
